Depart from Warner Robins (Tractor Supply) at 8 am Saturday morning. Road time to Columbus about two hours. Proceed directly to the Civil War Naval Museum. (Website: http://www.portcolumbus.org) Admission is $7.50. I'm planning on a maximum of two hours, here, probably less than that. We will then proceed to the National Infantry Museum and eat lunch in the museum's restaurant, The Fife and Drum, with the rest of the day spent touring the Infantry museum. El Cotija's, Highway 96, Warner Robins. 6:00PM if you want to eat, 6:30PM for the meeting. Join us for the CLCG activities meeting. This is where decisions are made as to what the club wants to do for "fun" and festivities. We need ALL suggestions and ideas. If you cannot attend, please send me your ideas. We need suggestions for restaurants and events. We also need to talk about where to have the "NEXT" activities meeting - if we want to share the wealth and move around. Remember, we are ALL members of the activity committee and we need YOU.

Cruise to Ga Bobs Wine Tasting and BBQ (Byron) - Tommy Jackson Chair, Thu Feb 23, 2012 6:30 PM
Meet at Ga Bobs on Highway 49 in Byron GA. Group will convene in the Wine Tasting Bldg and we will order our food from Ga Bob's next door. There is a fee if you want to participate in the wine tasting. Last time it was $5.00 but don't know if the price has changed.
